This story details efforts by the Idikacho Women in Governance Network (I-WIGN) in the South East, with support from PERL, to advocate for better service delivery in their communities. The I-WIGN is apolitical – consisting of a network of women who share their experiences & learning to effect change. PERL works across Nigeria to improve the delivery of public services by both supporting citizens to have their voice heard and improving the government’s capacity to deliver services.
